The dB's - Black And White

On this date in 1980, The dB's released their second single, "Black And White". It was backed by "Soul Kiss". The A side appeared on their debut album, Stands For Decibels. The B side was a non-LP track that was added to the album as a bonus when it was re-released on CD. The New York power pop band, made up of natives of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, disbanded in 1987 after four albums. They reunited in 2005.
