Clock DVA...times two

On this date in 1981, Clock DVA released their first vinyl album, Thirst. It contained the single, "4 Hours" though it was a remixed version for the single (which was later added to the CD version of the album as a bonus). The album reached the #7 spot on the U.K. indie albums chart.

They also released their fifth cassette-only release, White Souls In Dark Suits. There were no singles released from this recording. The Sheffield, England experimental post punk band originally disbanded in 1983 but has regrouped several times since.
