The Gun Club - Fire Of Love


On this date in 1982, The Gun Club released their second single, "Fire Of Love". It was backed by "Walking With The Beast". The A side appeared on their second album, Miami. The B side was a non-Lp track. The Los Angeles punk band ended when frontman Jeffrey Lee Pierce died of a brain hemorrhage on March 31, 1996

Didn't realise WALKING WITH THE BEAST dated this far back in the band's history, considering it didn't surface as an album track 'til THE LAS VEGAS STORY in 1984 ( not MIAMI ) ....great band!!
