The Durutti Column - Lips That Would Kiss

On this date in 1980, The Durutti Column released their second single, Lips That Would Kiss. The B side was "Madeleine". Neither track appeared on an album but both were added to their debut, The Return Of The Durutti Column, when it was re-released on CD. The Manchester, England post-punk band who recorded for Factory Records (like Joy Division, New Order and A Certain Ratio) is still recording today.
