Toyah - Sheep Farming In Barnet

On this date in 1979, Toyah released their first EP, Sheep Farming In Barnet. It was a six song EP that contained "Neon Womb", "Indecision", "Waiting", "Our Movie", "Danced" and "Last Goodbye". "Neon Womb" was released separately as a single. When re-released on CD, the EP was combined with their first full length album, The Blue Meaning, but still called Sheep Farming In Barnet. The Birmingham, England post punk/new wave band was fronted by Toyah Willcox. She stepped away from music in 1987 to concentrate on her acting career but has resurfaced with her band in recent years.
