Eddie and The Hot Rods - Live At The Marquee

On this date in 1977, Eddie and The Hot Rods released their third record, an EP called Live At The Marquee. The songs were captured live a month before and the tracks making the record were "96 Tears", "Get Out of Denver" and "Gloria /(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction". The Essex, U.K. power-pop/proto punk band disbanded in 1981. Bassist Paul Gray left before the end to play in The Damned. The band re-formed a few times since and has been playing live recently.
