On this date in 1981, Bill Nelson released his fifth 7-inch record, "Living In My Limousine". It was backed by "Birds Of Tin" and "Love In The Abstract". The A side appeared on his first full length album, Quit Dreaming And Get Off The Beam. The two B sides were non-LP tracks but were added to the album as bonus tracks when the album was re-released on CD. The 12 inch version included a bonus track, "White Sound" which was not on the first pressing of the album but did appear on later versions. The Wakefield, England post punk/new wave musician, formerly in Be Bop Deluxe, is still recording.
