The Television Personalities - Smashing Time

On this date in 1980, Television Personalities released their third single, "Smashing Time". It was backed by "King And Country". Neither song appeared on their 1981 debut album, ...And Don't The Kids Just Love It, but were included in a compilation years later. The London post-punk band is still recording and Daniel Treacy and Edward Ball are still the creative forces behind the band.
