On this date in 1982, The Rattlers released their second single, "What Keeps Your Heart Beatin'?". The B side was "Livin' Alone". The A side appeared on their 1985 debut album, Rattled! The B side did not. The New York City punk/power pop band was led by Mitch Leigh Hyman, aka Joey Ramone's brother. The album was overdue. They disbanded in 1984.
