On this date in 1978, Plastic Bertrand released his second album, J'te Fais Un Plan. It contained the singles, "Super Cool" and "C'est Le Rock 'N' Roll". Plastic Bertrand's real name is Roger Jouret and he had released his first single in 1975, "New Promotion". The Brussels, Belgium punk/new wave singer still records.
