The Lurkers - I Don't Need To Tell Her

On this date in 1978, The Lurkers released their fourth single, "I Don't Need To Tell Her". It was backed by "Pills". The A side appeared on their debut album, Fulham Fallout. The B side did not but was included as a bonus track when the album was re-released on CD. The single reached the #49 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The London punk band was one of England's original punk bands, forming in 1976. They first disbanded in 1979 and have been together sporadically since.
