Gang Of Three


On this date in 1981, Dave Allen, founding member and bassist for Gang Of Four, left the band. He went on to found Shriekback. Gang Of Four replaced Dave Allen with Sara Lee.

Just in case you didn't see it, there is some bio info on the site. And his most well known shot is that Bauhaus shot of Peter Murphy with the cymbal in front of his face. It was used on their album "Press the Eject & Give Me the Tape.
