The Vibrators - Pure Mania

On this date in 1977, The Vibrators released their debut album, Pure Mania. It contained the single "Baby Baby" and the studio version of "London Girls" (which was released as a single as a live track). The album also included the track, "Stiff Little Fingers", the song that Stiff Little Fingers used to name themselves. The London punk bank is still active with original lead singer, Knox, back with the band and drummer, Eddie, who has been a constant.
