Toy Dolls - Everybody Jitterbug

On this date in 1982, Toy Dolls released their second single "Everybody Jitterbug". It was backed by "She's A Worky Ticket". Neither song was on an album but they had both appeared on their four track self-titled EP in 1981. The single did not chart but the single got EMI's attention and they were signed to the label right after this single. The Sunderland, England punk band is still together, despite numerous personnel changes.
