Tom Verlaine - Postcard From Waterloo

On this date in 1982, Tom Verlaine released his second solo single, "Postcard From Waterloo". It was backed by "Clear It Away". The 12 inch version contained an extra track, "Days On The Mountain". All three tracks appeared on his third solo album, Words From The Front. Tom Verlaine was, of course, the co-founder of the legendary New York City proto-punk band Television.
