S.O.A. - No Policy

On this date in 1981, S.O.A. released their debut EP, No Policy. It was ten songs on a 7-inch vinyl record. S.O.A. (which stood for State Of Alert) were a Washington, DC hardcore band that actually had a demo EP recorded before this but it was not officially released. Recognize the singer on the sleeve? That's Henry Garfield, later known as Henry Rollins, soon to be in Black Flag. They disbanded in 1981.
