Penetration - Firing Squad

On this date in 1978, Penetration released their second single, "Firing Squad". It was backed by "Never". Neither song appeared on an album but both were added to their debut, Moving Targets, as bonus tracks when the album was re-released on CD. The County Durham, England punk band released five singles and two albums before disbanding in 1980. Pauline Murray went on to form The Invisible Girls. Penetration re-formed in 2001.
