Blue Orchids - The Greatest Hit (Money Mountain)


On this date in 1982, Blue Orchids released their debut album, The Greatest Hit (Money Mountain). There were no singles released from the album. The Manchester, England post-punk band was formed by Martin Bramah and Una Baines who were ex-members of The Fall (who wasn't?). They disbanded in 1982 but re-formed in 1985 and broke up often until they called it quits for good in 1995
