Bill Nelson - Youth Of Nation On Fire

On this date in 1981, Bill Nelson released his fourth single, "Youth Of Nation On Fire". It was backed by "Be My Dynamo". It was also released as an EP with the added tracks, "Rooms With Brittle Views" and "All My Wives Were Iron". The feature song appeared on his second solo album, Quit Dreaming And Get On The Beam. The remaining tracks did not, though they were all added as bonus tracks when the album was reissued on CD. The Wakefield, England post punk/new wave musician, formerly in Be Bop Deluxe, is still recording.
