Venus and The Razorblades - Workin' Girl

On this date in 1978, Venus and The Razorblades released their third single, "Workin' Girl". It was backed by "Midnight". Both tracks appeared on their very rare debut album, Songs From The Sunshine Jungle. The Los Angeles punk/new wave band was managed by ex-Runaways manager Kim Fowley. The band released four singles and the one album and were done by 1978. The album has been re-released on CD.
