Minor Threat - Out Of Step

In April of 1983, Minor Threat released their first 12 inch record, Out Of Step. It contained eight songs including "Out Of Step" which had previously appeared on their second EP, In My Eyes. The Washington DC hardcore punk band was formed by Ian MacKaye and Jeff Nelson, both formerly of DC hardcore punk band Teen Idles. They disbanded in 1983. Singer Ian MacKaye went on to form Fugazi.
