Echo and The Bunnymen - Shine So Hard


On this date in 1981, Echo and The Bunnymen released their first EP, Shine So Hard. It consisted of four live songs, "Crocodiles", "Zimbo", "All That Jazz" and "Over The Wall". Both "Crocodiles" and "All That Jazz" were released as studio tracks on their first album, Crocodiles. All four live tracks were later included as bonus tracks on Crocodiles when re-released on CD. This release reached #37 on the U.K. singles chart. The Liverpool, England post punk band disbanded in 1992 but re-formed in 1996 and has been active in the studio and on the stage since then.
