The Cult - Electric

In April of 1987, The Cult released their third album, Electric. It contained the singles, "Love Removal Machine" (U.K. #18), "Lil' Devil" (U.K. #11) and "Wildflower" (U.K. #24). The Bradford, England post punk/rock band originally began life as Southern Death Cult. When Billy Duffy joined (ex-Nosebleeds and ex-Theatre Of Hate), the named was shortened to Death Cult and, finally, The Cult. They disbanded in 1995 but re-formed in 1999 and have been fairly active since.
