Tom Robinson Band - TRB Two and Bully For You


On this date in 1979, Tom Robinson Band released their fifth single, "Bully For You". It was backed by "Our People". The A side appeared on their second album, TRB Two. The B side was a non-LP track. The single reached the #68 spot on the U.K. singles chart. On this same date, TRB Two was released. Aside from "Bully For You", it also contained the single, "All Right All Night". The album reached the #18 spot on the U.K. albums chart. The London punk/power pop band disbanded after two albums. Tom Robinson founded Sector 27 after the break-up. The band has re-formed for some reunion shows. Drummer Dolphin Taylor later joined Stiff Little Fingers.
