The Meteors - Meteor Madness

On this date in 1981, The Meteors released their debut EP, Meteor Madness. It contained the tracks, "Voodoo Rhythm", "Maniac Rockers From Hell", "My Daddy Is A Vampire" and "You Can't Keep A Good Man Down". None of the tracks made their debut album, In Heaven but they did appear on a 1986 compilation called Teenagers From Outer Space. The London psychobilly band continues their prolific pace of releasing music. The only original member of the band remaining is P. Paul Fenech.
