Discharge - Realities Of War

On this date in 1980, Discharge released their debut EP, Realities Of War. It contained "Realities Of War", "They Declare It", "But After The Gig" and "Society's Victim". Four songs clocking in at around five minutes total, none of which appeared on their first album, Hear Nothing, See Nothing, Say Nothing. They were one of the English punk bands, having started recording demos in 1977, but they didn't distribute anything officially until 1980. The Staffordshire, England punk band disbanded in 1987 but have performed occasionally since.
