Bow Wow Wow - W.O.R.K. (No Nah No No No My Daddy Don't

On this date in 1981, Bow Wow Wow released their second single, "W.O.R.K. (No Nah No No No My Daddy Don't)". It was backed by a spanish version of "C30, C60, C90 Go!". Neither track appeared on an album. The single reached the #62 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The London new wave band formed when Leigh Gorman, Matthew Ashman and Dave Barbarossa were steered away from Adam and The Ants. Add Annabella Lwin and you have Bow Wow Wow. They were managed by ex-Sex Pistols' manager Malcolm McLaren. They disbanded in 1983.
