Bananarama - Deep Sea Skiving

In March of 1983, Bananarama released their debut album, Deep Sea Skiving. It contained the singles, "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" (#5 U.K.), "Really Saying Something" (#5 U.K.), "Shy Boy" (#4 U.K., #83 U.S.) and "Cheers Then" (#45 U.K.). The third single was the combined effort of Bananarama and Fun Boy Three. The album itself reached the #7 spot on the U.K. albums chart and the #63 spot on the U.S. albums chart. The London new wave band is still intact though one original member, Siobhan Fahey, left in 1988.
