Aztec Camera - Just Like Gold


On this date in 1981, Aztec Camera released its first single, "Just Like Gold" backed by "We Could Send Letters". It would not be until 1983 when they released their first album, High Land, Hard Rain. When they did, The B side of this single was included. The A side was left off. The single reached the #10 spot on the U.K. indie singles chart. The Glasgow, Scotland new wave band disbanded in 1995.
