The Selecter - Too Much Pressure


On this date in 1980, The Selecter released their debut album, Too Much Pressure. It contained the singles, "On My Radio" (#8 U.K.) on some versions as well as "Three Minute Hero" (#16 U.K.) and "Missing Words" (#23 U.K.). The Coventry, England ska band released two albums before disbanding in 1982. They re-formed in 1991 and kept the band going until 2006.
