The Moondogs - Talking In The Canteen

On this date in 1981, The Moondogs released their third single, "Talking In The Canteen". It was backed by "Make Her Love Me" and "You Said". None of the tracks appeared on their debut album, That's What Friends Are For. The Derry, Northern Ireland mod-influenced power pop band disbanded in 1981 after one album and, after a lengthy hiatus, has gotten back together to record and perform.
