A Certain Ratio - Do The Du

On this date in 1981, A Certain Ratio released their first EP, Do The Du (casse). In addition to the title track, it also included "The Fox", "Shack Up" and "Son And Heir". The first two tracks appeared on their debut long play, a cassette release called The Graveyard And The Ballroom. The other two did not. "Shack Up" was released as a separate single. The Manchester, England post-punk band, who recorded for the legendary Factory Records, still records and performs.
