The Specials - Too Much Too Young

On this date in 1980, The Specials released their first EP, Too Much Too Young. It was a five song live EP offering "Too Much Too Young", "Guns of Navarone", "Longshot Kick the Bucket",
"Liquidator" and "Skinhead Moonstomp". The Coventry, England ska band listed their name as Special A.K.A. for this EP, a practice that they sometimes employed even before the departure of Terry Hall, Lynval Golding and Neville Staples (to form Fun Boy Three in 1981). The EP reached the #1 spot on the U.K. singles chart. They have re-formed and are touring.
