The Sisters Of Mercy - Body Electric

On this date in 1982, The Sisters Of Mercy released their third single, "Body Electric". It was supported by "Adrenochrome". Neither track appeared on a regular album. The Leeds, England goth band originally disbanded in 1993 bu re-formed and is still going though they haven't released any new material in years. The sole remaining original member of the band is frontman Andrew Eldritch who also played drums on their first single. The band has relied on drum machines ever since.
