The Selecter - Three Minute Hero


On this date in 1980, The Selecter released their third single, "Three Minute Hero" (though their first single was a split single with The Special AKA). It was backed by "James Bond". Both songs appeared on their debut album, Too Much Pressure. The single reached the #16 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The Coventry, England ska band disbanded in 1982 after two albums.
