Minny Pops - Dolphin's Spurt


On this date in 1981, Minny Pops released their third single, "Dolphin's Spurt". It was backed by "Goddess". The A side appeared on their debut album, Drastic Measures, Drastic Movement. The B side was a non-LP track. The Amsterdam, Netherlands experimental post punk band used to be called The Tits. The Tits' discography consisted on one single, "We're So Glad Elvis Is Dead". Minny Pops released four albums and several singles before disbanding in 1986. They recorded for Factory Records.
