The Boomtown Rats - Never In A Million Years

On this date in 1981, The Boomtown Rats released their eleventh single, "Never In A Million Years". It was backed by "Don't Talk To Me". The A side appeared on their fifth album, V Deep. The B side appeared on the U.S. version of their fourth album, Mondo Bongo, but not the U.K. version. It was added as a bonus track on the fourth album when re-released on CD. The single reached the #62 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The Dublin, Ireland punk/new wave band disbanded in 1986 after six albums.
