Adam and The Ants - Prince Charming

On this date in 1981, Adam and The Ants released their third album, Prince Charming. It contained the singles, "Prince Charming" (#1 U.K.), "Stand And Deliver" (#1 U.K.) and "Ant Rap" (#3 U.K.). The album reached the #2 spot on the U.K. albums chart and the #94 spot on the U.S. albums chart. They disbanded in 1982 and Adam Ant went solo with guitarist Marco Pirroni in tow.
