On this date in 1980, Pauline Murray and The Invisible Girls released their self-titled debut album. It included the singles, "Dream Sequences I" and "Mister X". Pauline Murray and The Invisible Girls released just one album and three singles as a group. Pauline Murray was the ex-lead singer of Newcastle, England punk band Penetraion. The Invisible Girls were the backing group for London punk poet laureate John Cooper Clarke at one time.
