On this date in 1982, Spandau Ballet released their eighth single, "Lifeline". The B side was "Live And Let Live". The A side appeared on their third album, True. The B side was a non-LP track. The single reached the #17 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The London new wave band disbanded in 1990.
