You've Got Foetus On Your Breath - Wash It All Off

|

On this date in 1981, You've Got Foetus On Your Breath released their second single, "Wash It All Off". There were two versions of the single. One had "333" as the B side. The other had "Today I Started Slogging Again" as the B side. "Today I Started Slogging Again" appeared on their debut album, Deaf. The other tracks did not. The Melbourne, Australia post punk/industrial band changed their name a few times but always kept the word Foetus in the title. They were also known as Foetus Under Glass, Scraping Foetus Off The Wheel, Foetus Interruptus, etc before finally settling on just plain Foetus. The band was really just J.G. Thirlwell and whomever he invited into the studio to help but, as a rule, J.G. played all the instruments and handled the vocals. The "band" still releases music.
