In July of 1982, Shriekback released their first album, Tench. Actually, it was a six song EP. It contained the single, "Sexthinkone". The London post punk band was formed by Barry Andrews (ex-XTC) and Dave Allen (ex-Gang Of Four). The band is still releasing music. Dave Allen left the band in 1984 but returned in 2003 to record additional music with the band.

Sexthinkone is one awesome track, though there are numerous other classics from their early days. Much of their recent stuff is good too. CN
