The Cure - Pornography

On this date in 1982, The Cure released their fourth album, Pornography. The album contained only one single, "The Hanging Garden" (#34 U.K.). The album reached the #8 spot on the U.K. albums chart. The Sussex, England post punk/goth/new wave band continues on with Robert Smith at the helm. He was a part-time member of Siouxsie and The Banshees.
