On this date in 1981, Gary Numan released his fifth album (third without Tubeway Army), Living Ornaments '79 and '80. It was a double live album with songs recorded in 1979 and 1980. The album reached the #2 spot on the U.K. album chart. The London new wave musician continues to record and tour.
