A Flock Of Seagulls

On this date in 1982, A Flock Of Seagulls released their self-titled, debut album. It included the singles "Telecommunication", "Modern Love Is Automatic", "I Ran" (#43 U.K., #9 U.S.) and "Space Age Love Song" (#34 U.K., #30 U.S.). The album reached the #32 spot on the U.K. albums chart and the #10 spot on the U.S. albums chart. The Liverpool, England new wave band clipped their own wings in 1986. Since 1995, they have made some brief comebacks.
