On this date in 1979, 2 Tone records released their first single. It was called "The Special AKA vs. The Selecter". On the front, The Special A.K.A. did "Gangsters". On the back, The Selecter did "The Selecter". The Special A.K.A. was an alternate name used by The Specials. It was the first release for the two Coventry, England ska bands. The single reached the #6 spot on the U.K. singles chart. It was the starting point for the legendary record label.

I know...the cat thing is a pain in the neck. You have to find the four characters that have a picture of a cat in it and then type those four characters in. It varies from computer to computer so I can't even tell you what to plug in. Give it a shot and let us know how you did.

In this moment I'm actually downloading the thing...I think the pattern is just looking for the letters who have a more clearer cat Image (yes all of the things around the letters are cats). So don't type the letters that have a really deformed cat but the ones where you can see the cat a bit more clearly...Thanks Club80!
